30 days to love it

Delivery and installation

Your Outdoor Living product will be delivered, unwrapped, set up and positioned exactly where you want it by our experienced installation team to ensure it arrives in top condition and is set up safely.

30 days to fall in love

We’re so confident that you will love your dual-function heater BBQ, that we will give you 30 days to try it out. If, after 30 days, you don’t get on with it for any reason, we will take it away.

Free collection

If, after 30 days have elapsed since delivery, you want to return your Outdoor Living Product for any reason, you have 7 days to contact us by email or phone in order to arrange your free collection. Please note, we can only collect appliances that are undamaged and in full working order.

Full refund

Once we have collected your appliance, we will then give you a full refund within 14 days.
