Designers are welcome at any of our London showrooms to meet the team face to face, but we also understand that virtual meetings have become increasingly popular.
With this in mind, we have developed a unique ‘Video Design’ platform that provides a comprehensive insight into our range of products.
This new, high-resolution platform enables you to scroll through our products and select and view images, drawings and videos of our most popular pieces, while discussing them with the team. It is also possible to use this tool to consult remotely with your own clients.
Video consultations with us, are always hosted by one of our senior sales consultants and can be briefed in advance to ensure you get to see and discuss exactly what you want.

Our new Chelsea showroom has been designed precisely to meet the needs of the design professional, offering the ideal space in which to discuss and meet your needs.
As well as a selection of our most popular fireplaces on display, we have design working areas, an extensive range of beautiful, rare material samples and a unique ‘video design’ studio.

Chesneys is unique for the collaborations it has forged with both historical bodies such as The Soane Museum and The Lutyens Foundation while also working with leading contemporary designers such as; Jasper Conran, Jane Churchill, Tom Faulkner and Barbara Hulanicki.
We manufacture superb, handmade classic surrounds as well as unique contemporary fireplaces and a full range of baskets, stoves and accessories. Be it a country house or a riverside apartment, we can provide the right support and the perfect product to meet your needs.
For bespoke solutions our inhouse design team will work with you to help you fulfil your vision and bring in your project on brief, on time and on budget.
Our experienced Interior Design team will guide you through our range, advise on technical matters and material selections, and support you through the process from consultation to installation.
Founder & Managing Director
Paul founded Chesneys in 1984 and remains the hands-on driving force behind the business; setting the aesthetic tone, leading innovation, design and product development initiatives, as well as managing the business day to day. It is undoubtedly Paul’s passion for the business that has established and maintained Chesney’s position as a market leader.
King’s Road
Nicholas joined the company in 2010 and now heads up London retail sales; managing long-term relationships with our key customer base of design trade professionals and specifiers. Nicholas will be heading up the hand-picked team at our new design-focussed store in the King’s Road, from early November 2020.
Battersea Park Road
Richard has over twenty years hands-on expertise within design and build of high-end period and contemporary fireplaces. Working with both cutting-edge manufacturers and retailers, Richard has an extensive portfolio of project case studies for prestigious clients such as The National Trust. Richard now heads up our Battersea Showroom.
Haverstock Hill
Christian now has more than 27 years of experience of planning, designing, advising on and selling fireplaces, appliances and flue systems. He now manages the Haverstock Hill branch; working with designers, dealers and retail customers on every aspect of their projects and offers particular experience in developing bespoke solutions.
