Delivery Information
Providing the item is in stock, your Clean Burn SL will be despatched within 48 hours of your online order and payment.
(Please note that for the Channel Islands the delivery will be 7-10 working days with a nominated day for delivery provided via email from FedEx.)
We partner with APC Overnight for next day delivery of the product to your doorstep. the Clean Burn SL will be delivered to your kerbside in a robust wooden crate. It weighs 95kgs and so you will need to make arrangements in advance of its delivery to unpack, move and position it. It will be your responsibility to dispose of the packaging.
APC will contact you by text or email with delivery details providing a 2 hour delivery window with an option to re-schedule if required. You will be provided with a consignment number, which will enable you to track your delivery.
APC offer timed delivery slots between 10am and 12am, 12am and 2pm and 2pm and 4pm Monday to Saturday.
