A NEW IMPROVED SERVICE FOR ORDERING SPECIAL SIZE, SPECIAL MATERIAL AND BESPOKE FIRE SUROUNDS.

Chesneys offers the industry’s widest range of fire surrounds and the opportunity to order these in a unique selection of special materials and non-standard sizes. We also offer a bespoke service including the preparation of drawings, which enables you to meet your customers’ requirement for their own designs.

A GROWTH MARKET

We are seeing major growth in sales of these non-standard items through our own London showrooms as customers increasingly look to source exactly the fireplace they want.

We want to improve the service we offer you in this area and as a result grow sales with our stockist partners.

SPECIALIST SUPPORT

To achieve this our Trade team has enlisted the services of two of our most experienced retail sales staff to deal with these specialist enquiries.

Christian Paris

Before joining Chesneys as a member of the London retail team, Christian worked for nearly 20 years as a Chesneys stockist so really understands what a good service to our stockists should look like.

Andy Kerr

Many of you will already know Andy Kerr, who originally worked in Chesneys Trade department some years ago but subsequently moved to our London retail team.

    • Between them, Andy and Christian have over thirty years of experience and are especially well versed in the specification of fire surrounds that fall outside our standard ranges.
    • From now on they will be responding to your requests to quote for these items. They will advise on choice of materials, elements of design, production of drawings and will ultimately provide timely and accurate quotations.
    • They will also be happy to speak direct with your customers but only if you feel that this will help to secure the sale for you.

We believe that with this level of service and range of choice, you will be able to meet the requirements of the most exacting customers.
