With wood burning under pressure, it’s no coincidence that we chose to extend our gas range this year to include our hugely popular Shoreditch model. Simple and clean in style, it’s the perfect complement to the existing Salisbury and Beaumont models and has immediately had an impact; selling strongly and extending our appeal to even more prospective customers.

All Gas Stoves are available as either natural gas or LPG models with a choice of conventional or balanced flue options.

As a company we have spent the last 8 years installing solid fuel fires. Since working with Chesneys, we have moved into Gas, and have seen fast growth in this area. Compared to other gas stoves on the market Chesneys really have made a fantastic product. The gas stoves are easy to install and no add ons … the remote control is included in the price! Of all the showroom gas display models our customers love the style of the Chesneys stoves and when burning the flame effect and logs are more realistic then most. A live display is a must. All our customers have been delighted with their gas stoves and we have not had any return trips to sort anything on the stoves and the first one we installed was over 3 years ago now. Our customers particularly comment on the subtle classic design, choice of colours and the brilliant log effect of these stoves which enables them without effort to fit into any contemporary or traditional room setting. You also have the option now of both conventional and balanced flue which should cover nearly all installations. Importantly, at Stonecraft we look for products which are easy for our sales team to sell and easy for our customers to buy but retain a decent margin and these Chesneys products allow just that especially with the stoves not widely available on the net unlike a lot of other brands. Again, unlike other brands a big plus point is the full hand held remote control which we have found not only reliable but easy to use even for the untechy people out there. Ease of installation and servicing along with improved  construction makes it an appliance our fitters are very happy and relaxed about working with. Our sales team would say it’s a great looking stove and customers love it.

Gas engineer plumbed in stove at 12 noon – I have already got an order this afternoon – its amazing. The Gas Engineer was impressed too. Thanks for persuading me.  I am going to go after the local thatch housing market – as insurers prefer the gas stove to wood-burner.
