Warranty Registration
Please ensure you register your appliance for your 10 year extended warranty. This must be completed within 60 days of the installation date. As part of the registration process you will need to provide a copy of your Certificate of Compliance. This is to verify the installation date along with ensuring that the installation has been carried out by a Competent Person or has been signed off by a Building Control Officer.
To register your warranty please scan the QR code located on the badge below the fire chamber opening, as shown in the images below.
This will open a Product Portal that is unique to your appliance. Please select the Customer Warranty option and complete the form as directed.
If you do not provide a copy of your Certificate of Compliance within 60 days of the installation date your warranty will not be validated.
Once you have completed the process and we have received your documents we will review your warranty. When your warranty has been validated you will receive a confirmation email from admin@skantag.io with a link to your warranty certificate. You can access your certificate at anytime through the Product Portal.
