Cast Iron Skillet

Sourced from China, our cast iron skillet is the ideal tool for a keen outdoor cook, suitable for a huge array of cooking methods including sauteeing, frying, searing and roasting. Its ridged surface leaves attractive markings on whatever you are cooking, while allowing juices and liquids to fall away. A cast iron skillet is of course heavy and durable, meaning it can operate at high temperatures, conduct and maintain heat wonderfully well and last for years.

The skillet comes with full care instructions which include seasoning before your first use. It should be washed in hot soapy water, not the dishwasher and always dried immediately and not allowed to drip dry.


The skillet is 355mm long including the handle with a 230mm x 230mm cooking area (plus pouring spout) and 35mm deep.
